Oat Bran w/Ligonberry Preserves & Optional Cheese

This doesn't require a recipe, just follow the instructions on the package of oat bran and throw on a little of the preserves.
I like Bob's Red Mill oat bran. Lingonberry preserves have a bit of the puckery tang of cranberries. They can be found for cheaps at Ikea, or I've found the other brand at my grocery store.
While it's not time-consuming to make, you can combine the milk and the oat bran in a small pot and put it, covered, in the fridge at night so that your bleary morning self doesn't have to measure.
A little bit of cheese can add some additional protein to help your day start off well.
