Summer Ice Cream Social Poll 

I love to experiment with new ice cream flavors, and have been wanting to throw an Ice Cream Social where I make a whole lot of new ones around a theme (Asian, Herbal, Latin, Boozey, etc.) and have folks over to try.  

What better time to start than summer, and what better theme to start with than summer flavors?  

Please help me whittle this down this list by picking the ones that look either the tastiest (if you're so inclined) or most interesting (if you are the adventurous sort) or feel free to add your own ideas! (If you want to send me a recipe to go along with your suggestion, feel free, and I'll link to the suggestions later even if I don't make them.)

I'm hoping to get this down to about 12-15 flavors, which I hope to make in July for a party in August.  You can vote for multiple ones at a time, so pick a bunch.

For the write-in votes, please keep in mind my own rather arbitrary rules: 

  1. After considering ice cream-centered desserts, I decided that instead, everything had to be put INTO the ice cream.  So an ice cream pie will not fit, BUT an ice cream with pie pieces mixed in would.
  2. It should make you think of summer or that is in season in Pacific NW.
  3. It should be something I can make from scratch.  (Meaning a key ingredient can't be some kind of processed thing like a specific brand of candy BUT if I can try to make the candy itself, then it might still be game.)
