Traffic I Didn't Need To See Today

So The! Most! Highly! Anticipated! package of my entire holiday season has - after an arbitrary, and, frankly, kinda sticking-it-to-me delay, finally arrived at my postal box. 

Unfortunately, my postal box is part of a large schmancy outdoor shopping center.  What's worse, it's part of the center, but its parking is completely separate from the main center lot and therefore only has a few parking spots. 

Since it is, in case you hadn't heard, just a few days before Rudolph's quinceanera or something, it's a difficult to find a parking spot in any shopping center, much less magically time things so that when one of the ten spots in this outpost area open up, you happen to be there to take it. 

I attempted to trot on over there after work, saw the daunting line of cars trying to make their way into the general vicinity, and turned away, tail between legs.

So I am unable to retrieve The! Most! Highly! Anticipated! package of my entire holiday season containing an as-yet unnamed kitchen appliance.  It's languishing there, UL-rated and simply bursting with pure kitchen joy.  (Pines.)
